It differ from time to time, commonly it remain on 5%. It means when share goes to 5% up from where it has started, in one same day so you cannot purchse it.

Lower Lock :

similar 5% when share goes to 5% down from the place from where it started in one single day, you cannot sale it.

PURCHASE PRESENT RUNNING SHARES :

For this purpose you have to open CDC account, and then have to open an account over Broker, he will provide you a number.When you will purchase any share or sell any share you will use that number.
