SOME TIPS :

Never purchase those shares about which you are suspicious, or had read some negative news about it. Because once you will purchase it, you may loose control from it, and when it will start lowering down you may loose control over it and it will open daily on lower lock so you will not be able to sale it, till it hit the bottom line.
